Encrypted Payments

All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions pass through encrypted channels. Your payment credentials are never stored in plain text on our servers.

Two-Factor Verification

Withdrawals over a set amount require an SMS or email code sent to your registered contact. This prevents unauthorized fund transfers even if your password is compromised.

Transaction Logs

Every deposit, withdrawal, bet and win is logged with a timestamp. You can view your full history in the Account menu and download records as needed.

The terms apply equally to all accounts once registered. You cannot opt out of core rules like payment verification or dispute timelines. You can, however, adjust your personal settings — such as withdrawal frequency, notification preferences, or which payment methods you use — through the Account Settings menu.

Access and eligibility depends on local law where you are playing. If you log in from a new country or unusual location, we may ask you to re-verify your identity for security. Playing from a location where erek28 is not permitted may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You have 30 days from the date of the transaction to file a dispute. Submit it through the Help menu with your account username, the transaction ID and a description of what you believe is incorrect. We investigate and respond within seven business days.

You can withdraw your full balance before closing. Once an account is closed, we retain your data and transaction history for seven years as required by local law. If you reopen an account within that window, your old data is accessible to our support team.

Payment credentials are tokenized, meaning we don't store your actual card or account numbers. Each time you deposit, you authorize a one-time transaction through the payment provider's secure channel. Your wallet balance is stored with us, but your source payment details remain with DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or your bank.

Once a withdrawal is submitted and verified, it cannot be cancelled — the funds are locked for transfer. If you accidentally submitted a withdrawal to the wrong account, contact our support team immediately with your account username. Reversals are only possible if the receiving account is still linked to erek28 infrastructure.

Suspension occurs when we detect suspicious activity or security risk — like multiple failed login attempts or a withdrawal to a new bank account. We send you an alert and instructions to re-verify. If suspension is due to a terms violation, we notify you of the reason and any required corrective steps. You can appeal through [email protected] with relevant evidence within 14 days.
